relay exchanges, and break-out times.
Quick Start can also be used as a stand alone
pace clock. For Start Reaction Timing add:
Starting System, RJP, and CTS push button.
For Relay Exchange Timing add: CTS touch
pad to the above items. For Break-out Timing
use push button to time difference of when
start sounds and the swimmer breaks out of
the water. Quick Start Pro Training System
includes 5 digit, 3 color display and 12 training
modes, external 110 volt power supply and 8
