Quick release mounting system allows the step to easily be detached from the pool deck. Low 7.5" riser accommodates elderly or special needs users. 30" wide shielded treads give vertical protection at the rear of the tread risers. Polyethylene steps have a 300 lb. capacity. Ladder includes deck anchors and bolts. 5 year warranty. Note: For some gutter applications a custom deck platform may be required at additional cost to ensure a proper fit.
