TEK OZONE SYSTEMS — Ozone is an extremely powerful oxidizing agent that will kill bacteria 3,000 times faster than Chlorine. Ozone will also continuously "burn out" chloramines, organics, grease, oil and fine particulate matter. Ozone will help stabilize water balance parameters and virtually eliminate the need to superchlorinate. Combined Chlorine (Chloramines) are removed, eye and skin irritation is eliminated, along with any unpleasant odor from the pool water. Your pool water is fresh, clean and inviting for your patrons. The installation of an TEK Ozone System will improve the quality of your pool water and will lower your chemical consumption costs by reducing the Chlorine and pH adjustment chemicals needed to treat your facility. Ozone will act as a flocculant by combining the excess minerals in the pool or spa so they become large enough for the filters to remove. Ozone also prevents and removes buildup of lime deposits in pool circulation lines and heat exchangers. TEK Ozone Systems include: corona discharge ozone generator, stainless steel mounting skid, stainless steel cabinet, integral cooling fan, oxygen generator, booster pump, water trap, check valve, and relief valve. Safety features include: over temperature automatic shut off control, door safety switch, fuse protection, and cooling fan temperature control. These ozone generators use a patented floating plate air-cooled ceramic dielectric design that has proven to be reliable for years of trouble free operation. Variable output control allows ozone production to be controlled from 0-100% of listed maximum ozone output. No scheduled maintenance is required, although proper installation and care must be observed in order to insure product performance.
